APPROACH:

Our design approach focused on functionality, simplicity, and craftsmanship. Visual sophistication and attention to detail are reflected in our material choices and construction methods. It features a striking linear design, which celebrates the layered edge detail of birch plywood. One side of the stripe showcases Formica clementine for an exciting colour reveal, which is seen when walking past in one direction and the natural grain of the plywood from the other direction.  This brings visual excitement and custom detailing to the design. We paired this with reeded glass doors for the wall cabinet and Folkestone Formica countertops.
